Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base salary

Role Summary:

We are conducting a confidential search for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager to join a fast-growing, multi-brand, consumer-focused organization.


This role serves as a key partner to senior marketing leadership and acts as the central hub for campaign execution and project management across multiple concepts and business lines. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing initiatives on tight timelines, ensuring alignment across internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders.


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and brings a strong foundation in campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and deadline-driven delivery.


What you bring to the table:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience building campaign briefs, go-to-market plans, and internal communications to support execution
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage tight timelines and fast-paced campaign rollouts
  • Experience coordinating with creative teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly translate marketing plans across teams
  • Experience supporting campaign launches, activations, and new location openings
  • Understanding of social media and digital marketing channels, including working with external partners or agencies
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and support agency coordination
  • Comfort supporting administrative functions such as budget tracking, timelines, and reporting

Required Work Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, project management, or account management roles
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and coordination


Preferred Work Experience:

  • Background in hospitality, experiential, entertainment, or consumer-facing brands
  • Experience working within a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies (creative, social, or media)
